Yes. FacilitiesHub works through Home Assistant running on your site, on a small computer such as a Raspberry Pi or a mini PC.
Do I have to open ports or use a VPN?
No. The add-on connects out from your site over HTTPS, so your router stays closed.
Can I manage several sites?
Yes. Each site's Home Assistant is one connection. Add as many as you need to one account, switch between them, or see them all together.
How is the price calculated?
2,400 per Home Assistant connection per year. Users are unlimited.
Where is my data kept?
Your devices stay in Home Assistant on your site. The panel keeps their states and history so you can see them from anywhere. Camera video is streamed live, not stored as recordings.
