Terms of service

1. Who we are

FacilitiesHub is a facilities management service operated by FacilitiesHub, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You can reach us at info@facilitieshub.io. These terms apply when you create an account, start a trial, subscribe or use the service, and you accept them by doing so.

2. The service

FacilitiesHub is a secure web panel that connects to your own Home Assistant through the FacilitiesHub add-on. You need your own Home Assistant installation and devices. We do not sell, install or guarantee third-party devices, integrations or networks, and what you can control depends on them.

3. Your account

Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Your account administrator decides who else gets access and is responsible for what users do. Keep passwords and authenticator codes secret and tell us at once if you think your account was misused.

4. Trial and subscriptions

New accounts get a free trial of 14 days for one Home Assistant connection. Each subscription covers one Home Assistant connection for 12 months at the price on our pricing page (⃁2,400 per year at the time of writing, with VAT as shown on the invoice), paid in advance through our payment provider. Subscriptions never renew by themselves: before the end you receive a renewal invoice with a payment link. If a subscription is not renewed, everything keeps working for a grace period of 14 days; after that the account is paused (read-only, add-ons paused) and your data is kept.

5. Acceptable use

Use FacilitiesHub lawfully and only for buildings and devices you are allowed to manage. Respect the privacy of people your cameras and sensors may record, as Saudi law requires. Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, and do not resell it without our written agreement.

6. Your data

You own the data your Home Assistant sends to FacilitiesHub. We use it only to provide the service, as our privacy policy explains, and we give you a copy on request.

7. Availability

We work to keep FacilitiesHub available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted: maintenance, your internet connection, your Home Assistant or third parties can affect it. FacilitiesHub is not a life-safety, alarm or emergency system and must not be relied on as one.

8. Liability

To the extent Saudi law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for damage caused by devices controlled through Home Assistant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Ending

You can stop at any time by not renewing. We may pause or close an account that is not paid or that breaks these terms, telling you first where we reasonably can. After an account is closed we delete its data within 90 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you by email or on our website before important changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts settle any dispute.
